Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 14–28 business days
  • Rest of the World: 14–28 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Ahmadify Ltd ships worldwide and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Ahmadify Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
